Last week I had an old coworker and Jeep'n friend reach out to me for assistance clearing a lot to build a home. Turns out it's about 3/4 minutes away from me. This is what I've hauled home so far. All of it he cut.
Next load was w/out trailer. He gave me the ok to take anything on the ground, even rounds he cut to length. Trip 3 was the big one. He pretty much works at it all day, thenI come in the eve and clean up. Win/win so far. I have yet to really cut anything except one small log. Had his neighbor pull this out of the jaggers and I bucked it up. This one will find its way to the loaded truck pics.
True that! 2.7 mile drive. Just got the word, he marked several with an X so we can take them down and remove. Woot Woot! All scraps get thrown on the burn pile. I plan to let my son Andrew do all the saw work and be the grunt. Pics will follow.
I admit, I'm an addict. How can one say no??? When ever you're ready for wood, gimme a shout. I have a few vacations this month but we can schedule a few hours on a day I'm home. This weekend the weather guy is calling for rain. The 20th is out and 23-30th.
Just got settled in. Jam packed my phone with vids and pics. Gotta do some cleaning, lol! And uploading. Question, recently when I try and upload pics, I only get the option to do one and I used to get the option to do multiple. Anything I can do on my end?
Letting my son do all the saw work. His Hacked Up 365 got a little heavy (lol), so he used my EC346 a little.
One thing I did advise him on was to make sure and have sure footing. He was going a little quick because he saw me videoing.
Thanks for sharing the pics and videos. Nice looking wood and awesome looking truck. We have air bags under our Tacoma as well.
