Larry, I took part in the Olundercare Market back when it was first formed nothing but a pure joke, BC&BS were even a joke then so I no longer trust any of the insurance stuff to go close to right. I only had to use it for a broken radius. I have used my insurance three times in my life. Even with the stroke it has been less than my wife used of her insurance. The boss probably has still got me beat on prescription cost. I don't want your insurance usage to do a comparison to.

I am more than blessed with good insurance, I also have the VA to use. I have no complaint about either one. I do have issues with the local hospital. They are clueless about billing. I bet I get 3-4 billings a year from them which are incorrect. When a billing is done right. I don't receive a bill, receipt or anything else. I have zero co pays for office visits, ER visits, hospitable admissions or for any of my prescriptions, including all my BiPap supplies. For the majority of my life, I used very little health care except for the cost of having children. But now, my wife and I are using a lot more care. Hard to keep track of all the appointments.

For most of the time my work picked up the cost and there was never an issue. Things are going downhill bills are fscking jokes and when you call them out on it all you get is giggles or someone who has Engrish as a third or fourth language.

Forgot to add, I get to deal with this chit after somebody ran a stop sign!! He has a business insurance and their closest claims agent is in NJ........... They are waiting for him to report the indecent and I'm stuck on hold. Already called my insurance agent and he is giving them a buzz Monday. I'm going to get an estimate at Ford on Tuesday. Woot, Forgot how much fun this was!! NOT!! :loco:

Otherwise known in the trade as "fender/quarter panel/ hood/roof/etc" in a can. From the looks of the damage, he should be getting a new quarter panel, repaired corner filler, replacement wheel opening molding, repaired door skin. Just hope you don't have Progressive Ins........they only pay for substandard Chinese parts, or maybe, if you're lucky, you get CAPA parts.

I have allstate and my agent said best bet would be dealer as its nearly new. They will use OEM parts. His insurance is Liberty mutual, But my agent(which I have had since I was 18) said if Liberty tries anything to call him. He'll get me squared.

We'll sue them if need be.......... Allstate will cover my claim and go after Liberty to recoup the fees.
