    Vertically challenged:picard:. I just called Samsung, my washer is dumping all bleach when I start it instead of slowly after the clothes are wet = bleach spots. The soap/bleach etc. dispenser is about eye level with me, turns out there is a "max" fill line if I get on a step stool and look from above :rofl: :lol:
