    The first town we lived in when we got married, there was a small local newspaper. One of the super intelligent reporters who will be identified by the initials: Kim Ring, wrote a piece wondering why the DOT didn't install 10' high chain link fence along all the roads so deer can't cross the road and cause accidents....
