What could be better on a hot July evening than this?

I love berries and real whipped cream. Cool whip is hydrogenated vegetable oil.

What I should have done is whipped up some heavy cream, but that's not good for ya' either. Don't the fresh strawberries cancel out the hydrogenated veg. oil?
Hey, at least I don't cook up a bunch of bacon, then cook my eggs in the grease anymore like I did when I was younger. I'm sure the burger that went with that didn't help either. :picard::flipeggs:
    I figure I'm makin' progress.:)

What the.... I love doing up the hash browns in bacon grease, then real butter for the fried eggs. Nothing better.
...and some heavy whipping cream in the coffee, adds some serious smoothness to the first few cups.
I figure most of the healthy-eating guidelines these days are created by stringy, bitter Vegans who never bought a winning Lotto scratch ticket.

Don't forget to toss a slice of bread in the fry pan after fixing a nice burger. The bread soaks up the grease and toasts at the same time. YUM:p:thumbs:

With two of the Gkids here for a couple of days, we went through 2 small tubs of CW and almost 2 lbs of fruit. Took longer to cut up the fruit than it did to eat it.

You know what, current thinking is that the NATURAL animal fats are OK for you. If fact better for you. It is all the processed fats that are evil. Real strawberries and real whipped cream isn't evil. It is good. Just don't over indulge and you are good to go.

WHAT!!!? And change my COMPLETE lifestyle?

My problem is not overindulging on exercise. Or more to the point, indulging at all.:picard:
