There is nothing that we can do about his lack of control in his own household.

I've been a busy boy this week. Met with the building inspector to get the CO and final electrical on our Stationary Engine Shed, and met the same afternoon with the surveyor to layout our 36' X 60' pavilion and septic facilities.

Loaded the Atlas Imperial engine for it's return trip to the Farm today. It's been in my shop for 2 years being rebuilt.

It will be painted next Monday, as the weather is supposed to moderate

Got an email from the tree company saying they left their bucket truck in the yard so they could get started taking the willow down first thing this morning. They also said to let them know if it was in my way. I replied that as long as it wasn't in the driveway, it was good. I didn't get home until after full dark and as I swung into the driveway I was looking around for it and thought they must have left it at the wrong house or they ended up taking it back for some reason. After getting all settled in, I took a walk around the house, and low and behold, it was tucked in there between the trees and the house but far enough back you can't see it except from straight on. Heck, I'm doing good to get the Explorer back there to pick up limbs - and they squeezed the truck into a spot that is just barely bigger than it is. I know, you guys that do this for a living laugh, but it impressed the heck out of me! truck from straight on.jpg truck from straight willow.jpg truck from back.jpg
