    40x 60+++ bigger...
    steel studded and sheeted spray foamed and finished inside.
    Half of the upper part a finished loft bathroom etc.
    3 phase power.
    Screw compressor +plumbed.
    Owb radiant.
    Steel fab area with fume extraction.
    Sandblast closet.
    32x24 overhead door.
    Two post Lift. Might as well add an alignment rack and tire machine.
    Grated and drained floor so I can power wash inside in the winter.
    Woodworking area with a mega dust collector.
    Throw in a kick arse stereo system.

    Did the workshop last fall (the room with the stove in it) and the garage portion is just finished-you can still smell the paint!

    Haven't laid it out for the woodshop tools yet though.

    Thought that maybe I present a little recital for you guys!

    The purpose of insulating and finishing the garage portion was to expand the workshop area without giving up any of the space used for storage for domestic things. (translates into garage is too small)
