Had a few cooler summer days, last couple weeks. Managed to actually finish splitting & stacking every thing I have at home.
Just took some measurements, 26.5 cords. Half cord always goes to a fellow that lets me hunt, so 26. Last year I burnt 3 and the last 2 winters have been mild.

As I was typing this thread I was thinking that exact thing....:smoke:.....it's very hard to get good shots of my stacks because they are in & around 2 huge pines at the back of our 1/2 acre. I have posted my largest pile along the pasture fence at the back, it's 14 cords now. I'll see what I can come up with though, soon.

The cooler days have really been great. Sad but it sounds like it might heat up a bit soon.

Yes, it looks like the cooler days are behind us for awhile. Just glad to have no rounds sitting until fall like the last few seasons.
Dog and I just took a swim so I'm enjoying the heat a bit too. Summer is zooming by.

It's always been kind of a zen thing really. Stacking it up, I tell myself I can put this in for some heat and it turns back the thermostat cost.
