jdude and his son stopped in for a short visit this morning. Really nice to see him again. The last time was at our GTG in April. He and his son were on the way to the Upper Peninsula for some vacation time. Wish I could have went with them! Thanks jdude

I'd you have not done the shipwreck glass bottomed boat tour in munising, it's a must see. Freaky, but really cool at the same time.
We did do it ! We had done it before a few years ago and a that time the water was crystal clear, this time it was a little murky. We had originally planed to do the Jet Boat trip but they were sold out for the day and it was probably a little too chilly to do it anyway.
In St. Ignace now (Wednesday) yesterday was very warm and humid. Today there is a strong wind out of the East and it feels like October, Lake Huron is really churning. We are staying right on the lake and the waves hitting the stone wall are over 4 feet high !
Ah yes, the October weather in July. It makes us laugh every year when vacationers come to the UP and can't believe how cold it can be in the summer months. For those who have spent some time there, it is common and likeable too.
Feeling so great... Last night met with my school's best friend. Really surprised to see her after a long time.
