Warner, Welcome to the land of BTU's. Wood burner, solar panels, looks like you are on your way to being self sufficient.

Welcome. Get 3,4,5 years ahead and never worry about your wood, EVER! It's a good feeling and one LESS thing to worry about.

Welcome. I'm new here, and folks have been tremendous with kindness and wisdom. You're in a good spot. Being a wood vet, I'm sure you will have a lot to add to the discussion!

Not to be overlooked, nice pics! I bet the wood hauler comes in handy, as well as the cute little guy to run the show. Also, a pre-existing delivery congrats to you and the missus on #2. Here's to a safe and simple delivery.

the Woodstock factory is on the list, I just have to go in a small car and not bring my wallet, for now. I really like the ideal steel. Must get my wood situated first. [IMG]
Guess I gotta call this guy again. [IMG]
And I can be a bit of a pyro!

Well you've come to the right place! :fire: Welcome aboard! :handshake: Nice stacks!

I had to go back to look at the solar array cause I didn't notice it at first. My dad has one too but its in his field at the south side of the house. He pays next to nothing for his electric all year.

I burn in a "smoke dragon" too, though I resent the term. If you have dry wood and run your stove right, you can burn just as clean IMO. The real advantage of the cats are fuel economy.

The solar array is great for us, it was already here when we bought. My buddy lives in mass his state gives crazy money to people using solar energy.
