    Stayed muggy last evening.

Bought a new battery for the ATV; a new foot valve for the cottage.

Then 99 had to get her fix from a casino. :makeitrain" I walked away $73 to the good. Normally, I will only watch or have a cigar while she is donating, but last evening I saw such a stupid funny machine, I had to try it!

Well, got that battery and foot valve paid for with a little extra, to boot!

Don't worry. There is no way this will become commonplace!!:picard:

TWO days of work left. Boss decided that today should include a team building exercise so we are all going out for lunch in a nearby resort restaurant. Weather will be great as well.
campinspecter headed out for another load of firewood this morning. I think he has one more load to get after this to fill Mom's little woodshed. Supervisors were up, ready to go as well this morning.
Summer boats are showing up in droves now. 8 anchored out last night and the marinas are filling up each night. We are supposed to get a week of sunshine so everyone is making the most of it.

Make shift air conditioner today, (damp tea towel on back of box fan), some from wildfire settled here. Luckilly can open up the windows a bit the afternoon. Ordered an air conditioner last week-still has not shipped. Oh well.

Paid off my mortgage this week! Had about a year worth of payments left and decided to just get rid of it.

Would a swamp cooler work for you?

It shows the state of Wyoming as a good state for the use of them.

Also know/referred to as evaporative cooler

Whole house mounts on roof and requires water line install, power line install, and a minimum of ductwork and typically a ceiling grill.

Portable moves from room to room.

Yes, it would work very well, RH%13% here today and used them for over 40 years, but these are odd circumstances to spend the money for shipping and time finding time for install just not in the time and $$ budget. WWW will go get the old portable "air conditioner" out of the pole barn tonight (gave away both whole house and window swamp cooler when we sold our other house) that we bought during the wildfire evac's in 2012. I'll get the exhaust hooked up somewhere tomorrow to help with heat in here and smoke :) No worries.
