    We had a 40% chance of rain yesterday, it was nice in the AM and I got the yard cut...then mid afternoon we got dumped on...they then changed the chance of rain to 100% :headbang: So far showing 0% today...we shall see...

    Happy 4th everyone. It is such a great holiday with the smell of charcoal grills, spent fireworks and horse shoe games. The local fireworks display was last night and we had a family cookout just before it.

    I topped off the wood pile and added a row of splits down the middle to prevent sag in the middle.

    Onto dealing with the wood chucks next. Be safe, have fun and take a moment to reflect on our freedom and the costs it took to stay this way.

    The Mrs and myself took her truck down to the big city today, (Melbourne) for a doctors appointment.

    While down there I decided to visit an arborist shop called Arbormaster. And this is the result!

    Just rolled back in from a long weekend up north. Main purpose was to see my mom's grave, but on the way we stopped and saw the Runestone, Mississippi headwaters, then we swung over to Duluth for a day and a half. Now I have to go out and start windrowing wheat, that's ready to combine, then next week the oats will probably be ready. And it's our 20th anniversary today.
