    Sorry guys and gals if I've been a problem but I'll ask one more time for prayers. I just took a bad fall just a bit ago. Needless to say, my back is in terrible shape right now. My belly is full of pain medication. Hopefully this pain will be short lived but dang it, I have things that need done outdoors and the weather is perfect to be doing those things...

    Not as bad this morning as I had feared. It was a terrible night though but we got through it. Thinking about giving it a try to go outdoors and move around a bit to see if I can take it. It may help.

    Well, I did get out for just a short time but had to call it quits; at least for a while. Will try again after dinner. Thank God for good pain medication as I would be able to do nothing without them right now... Wish it were not that way but I've fought this thing for almost 33 years now so I know what I'm up against. At least I can keep fighting.

    Please keep our family in your prayers. My brother Mark passed away in his sleep Friday night. He had health/heart issues so we believe it was a heart attack.
