    It does, but I don't know where they are drawing their conclusions from. Don't like it one little bit, but nobody bothered to ask what I want. :(

    That being said, you could say it's going to be cold and snow at almost any point in the country this winter and be correct.

    Edit - I removed the second link I posted. Didn't realize it had quite a few offensive words in some of the quotes attributed to Mr Martin. You can find it by googling Kevin Martin and weather space and look towards the top of the results list.
