    New bear tonight, big sucker, prob. #300 on the hoof. I saw him just chufflin' his way towards me, then he saw me. WTF, get the dog in (she had no clue he was that close-20yrds.), grab the camera and 12g., watch him disappear into the Aspen. Uggh.
    I've not seen this sort of activity during daylight since we moved here in '09.

    Friday.... TGIF... Vacation Time is very close... So hopefully everything goes off without a hitch today... Have a Great Day Folks here in FHC Land...

    On another topic we've had 1.25" yesterday and .25" the night before... Lastnight I have looked but we've had some toad stranglers lastnight... I'm thinking I wont have to water the garden for a few days....

    I already do cooling work on plate chillers and condensers on farms and really only need it for r22 because the rest of what we carry is the new ozone safe freon. It'll be nice to have one more license though.

    I was the only one who read the book so that's a plus :D the teacher was awesome too.

    Weird! Wonder why? Only times I saw them during the daylight was the drought in the early 2000's, then after a couple hundred thousand acres burned in the High Park fire in 2012.

    Big day in Canada tomorrow. Not only is it our National holiday but Canada is 150 yrs old. I know, I know - just a kid but it is neat to celebrate. I don't think I will be around for 200 years celebrations.

    So, here's what's up around this place. Well, it actually happened 55 years ago today. The second picture was taken right after the simple ceremony we had and was taken in our back yard. Funny that not many have commented but I did not have the time to get the lawn mowed before that Saturday but all turned out well. We also were married right in the living room of our new (to us) house. We planned it simple with only close family invited....except for the reception which was still small by today's standards but we had a grand time!
