Good to go- that chit was handled by a man with a plan! The captain announced that we were going to be quite a while since they had a call in to contract mechanics in Indy. Lucky for us, an off duty Delta mechanic was on our plane, and the guy stepped up to the plate. He was given access to tools, and he isolated the problem and banged it out with some help in about 90 mins. I'm no expert on airplane lavatories, but in a nutshell the problem was:
Some clown on the previous flight flushed stuff that shouldn't have been, and got it lodged in the pipes. The lav system works on some sort of a vacuum, and with the subsequent flushes hitting the clog, the vacuum failed on the other side. The excess blue fluid backed up and leaked, and we had ourselves a chitty situation. Again, man with a plan and some tools saved the day. I nominate him an honorary FHC member!

Really sad that the fix took longer than the flight - but I'm sure they wouldn't let you disembark, so still had the same amount of toilets to use while sitting there waiting for the fix, that you would have had in the air :loco: . Good for the Delta mechanic stepping up  - did anyone buy him a drink when you finally got into the air?

Before it started raining, I got another load of the pallet cutoffs loaded, hauled, and unloaded (stacked) this morning. That makes three for the cottage now.

As usual, 1/2 truck load of 4 footers (nominal) and the rest was the block wood that will be just right.....no splitting involved!

 lil one's dresser would fit underneath and give her more floor space in her small bedroom. Full height loft bed, um, I could never get her in there asleep, 1/2 asleep, or just being cranky, this one is 50" so I think I can handle it. What do you all think?
