And so I went to this junker guy place out by my in-laws today in hopes to find some salvaged EPDM rubber. I found none of that but I did find a very large pile of old tin roofing.he wanted a buck apiece for them I gladly bought 60. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Sails !! I have repurposed fiberglass and plastic ones. They work well except for the wind trying to steal them away. Luckily I have lots of pine trees and rocks to hold them down.
Stacks, how many more does he have? Im dead serious I'd drive down your way and buy as many as he has. I need a chit load! You got your life jacket on?
Atleast 200 if I were to guess. the ones I took didn't even make a dent in the pile. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
At a minimum of $2 a linear foot here, each of those at least is 20 bucks. Ugh Wheres the Star Trek beam when I need it???
Fo real? That's crazy talk. I tried to only pay fiddy cents then he said 2 then I said no way and then he said 1 and I said ok. Whew! I'm outa breathe Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Not many barns where im at, mostly people are using them for decoration so anything on CL or the like just goes like wildfire here.
You should have gone and been home by now, Beech! A cheerful "You $uck" but really, nice grab Splits!
It's suppose to start drying up today.. I guess I'll bring construction of the ark to a halt for now. I was concerned that high winds would carry these away, but last night with the Gail force winds and sideways rain ( insert forest grump accent) I can rest assured that anything short of a tornader, I'm good. Lucky that rain didn't "come straight up from underneath" carry your hard work away! Nice looking stacks there! The tin is the cherry on top!
Fantastic! I've never paid for any of ours but I would gladly pay that price. You did great. I'm guessing those are 10'?
