The dumbing down of America at it's finest. I don't like it anymore than those 3 guys, but this is a money grab....pure and simple, and anyone who's built anything in the last 60 years knows that a 2X4 isn't, unless you make it yourself.
And there are those that will be watching this to make $$$ off of any class action settlement. Helluva way to get some income, no? But sometimes I see shoppers in Home Depot that are pretty much clueless.... Just wait until they start buying plumbing parts as far as nominal sizes are concerned!
We should send half the lawyers in this country to China... I won't mention what we should do to the other half... This is a lawyer's money making scheme! Only the lawyers can win in this suit!

Seems like coffee makers consider a cup to be 6 oz. I was taught that a cup is 8 oz. Ooooh, I could make millions.
I'd would have to agree with TurboDiesel , but don't know if I would even let half of them go to China. I could get up on my soapbox but won't. They use to be 3 5/8 x 3 5/8 before they went to 3 1/2 square. Just people wanting to make a buck without doing any work. I hope it goes belly up.
