    I wouldn't have a tree in my yard at all if I subscribed to that theory. Plus, I can't take out the neighbor's trees behind the house, so still wouldn't be safe. Don't want to look at their parking lot anyway. Since I moved to a tree state in 1987, this is the first tree I've had do damage (and that includes the famous ice storms), so I just don't worry about it that much.

    Irritates the heck out of me that no one will return my calls. It is a bad re-run of all the people I called to try to get the boiler serviced (where I finally just did it my self).

    Hey B why don't you post about this over in the wood hoarder / chain saw side . I know that there are a few folks over there from NH maybe they could come and help you out ?? Just a thought .

    Awe crap, PC wouldn't boot. Looks like the HDD or wincrap 7(more likely) took a dump................ Put in the back up win 10 HDD and chuggin again. Old disk still boots so I can save the files. Doesn't look like I'll loose any thing besides some sleep!! :(

    Ordering a new 2 TB HDD and will install win 7 and transfer files to it. May try another OS that STB and Snowy recommend(hint ;) -), A bit tired of the winblow blues!!

    I have plenty of chain saws BB just no where for the wood if you need someone to cut into manageable size just let me know, would take care of it for you if you need so .

    I had heard there was the possibility of severe storms in the afternoon and decided to make them come in before I left for work - I was very happy that decision. If they had been in the pen they could have gotten hurt or gotten out (and then smushed on the street since they aren't road savvy),

    I've been wondering why the lone woodchuck that's been in the yard is soo skittish. runs for cover at the slightest thing. last week a coyote wandered through the yard in the morning. today, Kathryn had the camera ready for this pic...
