dylskee I think I speak for many.. when I say wish we could do more than pray.. (even though his strength greater than ours) I mean if you need something please reach out.. meaning if this was only injury and I (we) could show up cut some wood, split stack.. it would make us feel better.. so if some need arises please reach out ... til then your in thoughts and prayers!
I agree. If I was close I would be there whatever you need. Help moving that new tv in. Grass cut when your feeling bad one week, whatever man. I wish I were closer I would do whatever I could to help yall out during your time of need, on top of sending my prayers.
Thank you so much guys, that is so nice of you! Believe me, I know that this place is full of great people and are so willing to help a fellow member in need. Luckily I have a huge support team here, I am very fortunate for my family and friends. I am one of the lucky one's fighting this disease, I have 3 kids that are always over here helping when I need them. I don't really ask for help but they know when I'm struggling and they just show up and dig right in. I think my wife has something to do with that!! The company I have worked for the last 27 years has been phenomenal to me while I was sick as well. So many people really care so I've been able to fight to stay healthy, I'm very lucky in many ways! As always, I appreciate the offers to help and the prayers that will lead to my recovery.
Had missed this one dylskee I will certainly pray for you and your family. Believe me when I say God can heal this if you put your trust in him and believe. Good friends wife had stage 4 and was given 3 months, that was over 10 years ago. Miracles do happen brother.
Sorry to hear of your health issues. Hang in there and follow directions. Sometimes that can be tough to do because the treatments are downright unpleasant. I beat my own cancer back in 2001 but that doesn't mean it was easy to do. The radiation treatments saw me lose about 50 pounds in just over 2 months. Thank goodness today it is just an old memory.
