We only got a sprinkle before it fizzled out. :headbang:

Luckily it brought cooler temps with it.

Don't think ol happy was too enthused at first? With all Tony's cheby years, I was surprised as heck he went with Ford. I thought Chip would have.......

Kevin will get some wins for the Ford camp. He's showing some good speed lately.

Really comfy day, Maybe not one of ttdberg 's top ten. But surely a dandy. Vehicle temp was only 90*F and I only needed max A/C for about 10 minutes to cool the interior. Ditched the A/C, Hit the back roads with the windows down. Got home and putzed a bit in the yard. Skipped the news, and Sat on the deck with a smoothie. Enjoyed some ninja chicken(gotz to video that some day) action with birds chirping in the back ground. Joey's off fishing and momma was putzin in the garden. Heat draw'd out the weeds and she was having fun pluckin em. Some grilled pork chops with a mac salad. Another smoothie or 2 should cap off the evening nicely!!

Ol fart can't stay up for them west coast games, So no ball game tonight. Have to channel hop only to find not much on and go . No A/C and Might not even need the :dennis: tonight?? :D

When you get a deal that nobody would pass up, you take it. Regardless, Tony is a Chevy guy through & through. I'm pretty sure his dirt sprint cars are still Bowties.

yesterday was a good day! the property where the Zagray Farm Museum is located (and we had a 99 year lease) was transferred by the Historical Society to our parent non profit corporation QVEA. The deal involves nearly 190 acres of land, buildings, and an endowment from Harry Zagray in excess of $370,000. Earlier this month, We bought out the lease of the other tenant on the property as part of this deal. We now have sole possession of the property, ending a 17 year land use issue for the organization, and 13 years for me as treasurer. oh and $160,000 in legal fees!

    YUP PRETTY MUCH

Our Sphynx cat will lay behind the family room curtains and just bake, and then sprawl on the floor in the kitchen where its cool and then do it again...

The storm is here with rain and wind today through Fri.

Started the big Whit this morning too.

Never have we had the big stove running this late in the season.
Usually we will be done with the stoves by the second week of June and then only having an occasional "Spot fire" a few mornings to take the chill off.

Yesterday we ran both stoves for 2 hours and then just the little one for another hour or so.

    Very strange weather for sure.

Prediction is for possibly an inch of rain here locally. :picard:
    "JUNEUARY" fits perfectly this year.

Trying to get work done outdoors and ma weather is getting in my way. Arrrrrrgh

Had Thursday and today scheduled as vacation days from my day job - was going to do some riding with some LOH members (it is Bike Week after all). Well, it was a nice plan anyway. Ended up having to work yesterday. I did get today off. And, it is raining with storms expected later. I don't know why I expected any differently :headbang:
