    got fuel oil today. 501 gallons covered two years of hot water and heat when we are off skiing or something. $1.749 per gallon with a 10 cent off coupon. the fill pipe covers were rusted on....i'll have to remember to never seize them! Oil guy said 'that's weird' when he tried to take them off, so I told him. Added 1 pint of Power Services Biocide as well to keep the black slime out.

    good for another two years!:thumbs:

    If you are dealing with Termites, I truly do not believe this is a DYI project. Get a reputable exterminator ASAP. They will make a honeycomb of the wood supporting your home before it falls in.

    Not a lot of us do, but I assume your investment in your house is worth more than that and you need to protect it. I really don't know what I'd do in your situation.

    Thanks, I am just so grossed out from seeing them and the researching that I want to do something NOW. But I do believe Larry has the right advice, need to call an expert. It's pretty much unheard of to have termites out here....but..... also, WWW is from California and his experience is from like 30 years ago, I will find out methods and cost.
