I never realized it was this strong.

 

I wonder if he injested some orally or through another trajectory (maybe unintentionally), rather than simply skin contact? Of course, I am not a pharmacist, so I know nothing.

 

Yep. Nasty chit. The dealers are now mixing it in with heroin as a cutting agent and it's killing users. The sad part is that the dopers hear about the "good stuff that Billy Bob overdosed on" and they want it cuz it's extra strong. Even though it just killed their friend. Sad times we live in.

Glad Mr Leo survived. I wonder if that will bring an extra charge for the perp?

 

it's a major pain killer.. when mom was terminal with cancer.. they gave her patches with it for long term pain relief 8 to 12 hours.. its designed to work through skin

 

Carfentanil is just showing up in N.E. Just touching some the size of a snowflake can be fatal. There are a lot of warnings for first responders. Very serious stuff and terrible it has gotten to this level.

 

Is this the same stuff that they banned in the 70s, because babies with flippers were being born?

Chit you don't want. Once you try that, no other pain killer will ever seem to work in comparison. Next thing ya know, you are addicted.

 

Sounds nasty. I went to get a colonoscopy, and they wanted to use the stuff that Michael Jackson died from (propofol). I said no thanks, and went with no anesthetic. The Nurses seemed to think I was some kind of nut, but I insisted because I did not want to hire someone to accompany me as they require if you take the drugs.
Turns out it was a piece of cake, and I was able to see what my innards looked like, in color!

If this stuff is so potent, how do the drug dealers market it, if a tiny speck can knock you out?? And how do the dope addicts take it, for crying out loud??

 

Fentanyl is supposedly what the Russians used against those terrorists that had a hundred something hostages held against their will in a theater. Hopefully used to incapacitate everyone so they could swoop in and take control of the situation. Just about everybody died, terrorists and hostages, if I remember correctly.

The heroin dealers mix it in with heroin because it produces the same high for much less money than actual heroin. They aren't selling it on street level pure usually. (Yet....just wait). They buy it online, in mass quantities from overseas.

As with all man-made illegal drugs cooked up by some jackwagon with serious mental problems, the heroin end user doesn't usually know what they are shooting or snorting. Their normal dose of pure heroin doesn't kill them. When they get a hold of the mixed stuff unknowingly, they take the same amount, and end up being flower fertilizer in the graveyard.
