    Did some wood moving today. No splitting. But did cut up an oak skid a bit. Nice to know that was good to use for firewood. Wow nice wood all loaded up too!

    I'm trying to empty the log pile as some might be getting a little gamey. If I can, I'm going to get a guy to come with some shale and build up the pad, then get it paved while i get another small driveway repair done. Think there is enough left in the pile to get all my pals loaded for winter, so timing to do this little project is good and then we can start building a new pile for winter of 18/19. That's my plan anyway!
