Any time we go to the Depo or Lowes it is a must do thing to head to the tool crib and drool over all the toys.

If left to my own devices I would have one of every tool there
Seems that just about every project that comes along requires a tool I don't have :D

Thanks for the birthday wishes (a few pages back).

I haven't been online much lately. working 50+ hours, doing some remodeling/rearranging/cleaning of the house, trying to build a patio this summer, getting the garden ready, planting flowers... AHHHHHHHHH it never ends!

The Dewalt 20V lasts a long time on the drill I have and the bluetooth speaker I have for listening to pandora from our phones, but the motor on the reciprocating saw is much larger. Its really probably not apples to apples for comparison.

can I get a few of those for my knees? Maybe the knees just need a grease fitting installed on each one

Same here...one of these days I will actually pick up one of the laser distance meters that I look at every time I am there if they are on sale or clearance for new models.

    Girls like tools too

Without the right tools the job is 3 times as hard and the finished product is never as good.

Might be your mom, never know :D

I am lousy in the kitchen...

I can build the kitchen, but about all I can do in there is make a mess

Out today with Li'l Red doing more cleaning, mowing and stuff.

The lovely weather we have had now for 3 days is done with and rain and cool weather are back starting late tonight and for a week or more.

Wanted to get as much mowing done around the house and yard as could be done.

We don't sweat the fancy yard as we are on 45 acres and have horses and lottsa room.

Just keep the weeds knocked down and the fire hazard under control.

Hardest crap to manage is the Scotch broom.

Nasty woody brush like stuff that is super prolific and spreads like wild fire.

I've had a number of different battery tools, but by far the best is the Milwaukee line. Powerful, and batteries last a long time. I think my 1/2" hammer/drill will break your wrist if it catches and you don't have the extra handle to hold on.
