Around Christmas time I gave away 2, 3/8 .50, 32" new, unused Stihl chains on the Christmas Karma forum. One was a full comp and the other was full skip. Why not, I had already sold the 32" bar because there are no trees left where I cut that would require such a large bar and chain.

Fast forward to today. A tree service has dropped a mountain of logs from 30 to nearly 54" in diameter. So I went out and bought a new ES 32" bar and chain to the tune of $130+!:faint: I guess I could have stuck with the 28" but that 32" is gonna make it quicker and easier. And of course no one had a skip tooth so I would have had to order it and pay shipping, so I didn't.

I guess the positive waves from my gift was that I got the wood so alls well that ends well, right?

I would be more than happy to spin you a loop of 3/8 to help out the Karma train but all I have is full chisel Also have square ground.

Offer still stands for you! I am a big fan of the Christmas threads and I myself have donated.

Thanks I appreciate the gesture, but I'm sure between now and Christmas someone will fall on hard times and need a chain more than I do. Keep your eyes and ears open and you'll find a deserving soul. And good things will come back to you.

I have not used mine yet. I'll send it back! I got it for nothing. So the same applies to you.

I went and cut some wood for a friend a week ago, but the 28" was plenty.

That's probably true, but you gave away two and now you need one.

So the offer still stands my friend.
