Just started getting this when trying to sign in. Firefox and Chrome. Wondering wut's up. Something on my end, or the site? Anybody else? Adam Grizzly Adam ?
I'm in Chrome right now, and after signing in, it's no longer showing if I log/back in. Here's the FF shot....... I've never seen this before, and same thing on 3 different systems....windows 8.1, 10, and Linux Mint.
Same here, but I get logged out if I reboot. Grizzly Adam , here's another shot from Chrome, while on the forum.....you can see the warning in the dropdown.
OK, here's the deal. Firefox just did an update that is more in your face about non secure websites and that is why you are suddenly seeing this message. We are running on HTTP, not HTTPS because we don't have anything on here that is in need of our site needing to be a secure server. Even when someone orders from the Swag Shoppe we hand you off to paypal before you start putting in your details-- none of that runs on our server. So basically, browser changed and site is still as safe as ever.
On Chrome you have to click the info button to get it to show up, yes? I think it's always been like that.
Thought it was something like that. The only reason it showed up is because I rebooted the system yesterday (I almost never do that), and that logs me out. Tried to log back in and bam....there it was. Thanks for checking Grizz.
run into that on a couple other sights- didn't know it was caused by an firefox update. bit of pain trying to remember flippin pass words from x years ago.
