    Caffeine! The ground is seriously wet here this morning. So I'm not sure what I will do. Maybe I'll split some wood, if it's not too bad at the pile of rounds. My big sister is home from the west coast where she lives near Seattle and will stay with our Dad for the rest of week. So I'll go have lunch with them.

    Gorgeous, gorgeous morning here. Clear skies with pinks, peach, turquoise and pale blue skies with the sunrise. Nice after days of rain. Cool as well on my walk this morning. campinspecter and my brother got the door in, wiring and light done, window framed and handrails on the ramp. We have to order a window to fit and he is going back to build steps off the ramp to access the garden.

    My wife told me this morning that the drainage ditch area behind the barn was filling up and almost coming over the camp road. I went down with a steel rake later this morning to see why that was. I figured there must be sticks that were washed down and into the culvert blocking it. It turns out that this stump had been turned just the right way and was blocking it about 95% !

    It is flowing very well now. Lot of water in this area now pushing through the 12" pipe.
