Sorry about your little buddy, I had a Beagle named Bandit, mostly white with the mask on his face, he lived to a ripe old age.

Thanks! He's a miniature dachshund. Our neighbor is a breeder and we think she did a wonderful job with him.

Sometimes just hanging around is better than posting when you're going through some stuff. But I'm glad to see you back friend!

This is my miniature dachshund Daisy she is almost 2 years old. We used to raise them when I was growing up. They are very loyal and stubborn dogs. Start him young and you won't find a better rodent killer than him. They love heat and hate water and cold. Nice meeting you at Dennis's gtg.

It was nice meeting you too! Man I wish I could train him to go after moles and chipmunks - I used to find them cute but it's getting to the point where I can't even mow my lawn anymore because of their burrowing.

Unfortunately we seem to be a lot better at spoiling dogs than training them. Although this little guy is doing very well in that regard - he's just about 10 weeks old now and we've got him potty trained and he'll sit and stay too.

 

Most of them train easily. They are natural born hunters.

 

It was great meeting you and cute little doggy. Now you will have to get him trained up.

By the way. I believe you said you was having a GTG. What were the dates?

 

Those look like their going to be some beautiful tables! I can't wait ti see the finished product! Woops sorry I didn't mean to put the laughing guy in,I meant to put this in. How do erase those little guys if you put the wrong one in?

Sorry to hear about your dog. Its tough losing a pet. But, the little fella looks like a bundle of laughs. I know he'll like hanging out in the woodshop. My buddies always loved the wooden platform I built and had a nice soft pad on top. Good naps even with the machines running. Plus, it was near the sun coming in the window and the wood stove.
And yes we missed reading your good posts and topics.
