Don't know if the lack of a fuel shutoff is a biggie anyway.....my Troy-Bilt doesn't have one, and haven't had an issue.

As for the axle pin, leaving it in the outer (axle) hole gives you only 1wd, but much easier to maneuver in light snow.

My priming is 3 pumps in cold weather, and 4 in really cold.

I always use a fuel stabilizer and run it out of fuel at the end of the season. So far so good.

I've never used fuel stabilizer. I just run it dry.

Chipper and snow blower are old enough to buy booze legally.

I do an oil change every few years :p

    Start right up.

I have had a lot of computers over the years. For casual viewing of the web, a nice tablet will do, but for everyday use, viewing movies, reading the paper etc. There is nothing like the desktop for me. Currently using two 27 inch cured screen monitors, and a backlit keyboard. I have a comfortable leather padded chair. I am positioned by a window to look out when I want. My machine is a few years old now. I've been looking a new ones, but haven't seen anything that is more responsive than what I am using. What I will admit is that the android format on the tablet is faster than my Windows 10. If Android could be on my desktop, I would consider changing over.

So. if the fuel shut off doesn't work, then how do I get it to quit chugging along when I'm done? Ahh, never mind, I got the manual out and I see that it is separate from the choke control - which is what I used for my old snow blower. And it has a key, so that should do something too.

I conveniently forgot today was the best day to deep clean the pellet stove (cooler weather moving in). Still enough time :picard:

    re: snowblower stuff...
What I hate about a lot of new stuff today, is that there is no
    throttle control...
    WFO all the time.
Hate it when you want to let it run,
while you maybe brush off the car or something..
