I'm out of room too...winter left here early...or did it ever show up at all this year...either way there's a few more I want to snag before the bugs and snakes are out in full force. Mostly crap stuff like cottonwood and box elder.

I feel l8ke cottonwood is the Colorado State tree. Why is this stuff everywhere. I wish I could find some more decent wood out here.

There's not a ton of it around me, but it seems like it usually grows in the most inconvenient spot for me. Nothing like cleaning up car parts and repainting them with cotton blowing around on a dry spring day...I have a spot where I can paint parts without wind interference but the cotton still seems to fly right in.

I do not have any where I live in the mountains, but down here were the tree service is it seems like cottonwood is 95% of what they have for me. I might just be too far down her list. Maybe I should drop her a $100 next time I see her.

Yup when youre a wood hoarder you can never say youre done! Every year my wife and kids ask how many more truck loads of wood will we/I get? I just shrug and say who knows? Even on my small lot when I think Im done for the season I get presented with new opportunities so find space somehow! I can only process from April to November as the snows get to deep so right now I have the hoarding bug real bad!

    OK rebelduckman

The committee just met and its agreed that if you insist on continuing hoarding the way you are, you will just have to move to a more Northern climate!
