Wood ID please?

    Got a few of these split and stacked but forgot about this one under a tarp. Burns well but it smells cedar pine mix and it was very very strong when it was cut last summer. Had it outside my garage door it always hit me as i walked out.
    It may look like madrone but madrone flakes more and the skin is smoother than this.

    kinda looks like Scotch Pine, good for quick morning/ evening fires in SS

    That was my finding as well, I just wasn't sure. Probably a young tree.
