I've got the GB maul, large splitting axe and Scandinavian forest axe. I love using them. It's worth saving up for these tools, in my opinion. Although I have GB, I'd like to get a wetterlings too, just for comparison. Oh, the CEO of wetterlings is worth a google search btw.
Well, it's good to see ambition and success in the young generation! My only premium axe to date is a Hults Bruk Akka Foresters axe. A 1.5 pound head on a 24" length makes for a light, but quick swinging axe. Perfect for hiking, which is what I use it for on less arduous trips. Sent from my SM-G900V using Tapatalk
