for those close to me - early buy flyer http://www.a1pellet.com/resources/Promo-Flyer/2017_Early_Buy_Pricing.pdf
there is only about $10 difference to the MWP blend. I know you guys use it, but it's local to you and therefore less shipping $$. I have the EZ Blaze blend 75% softwood in stock now for a good blend.
I just loaded in my 6 tons of MWP blend that were delivered today. $219 per ton from Wood Pellet warehouse in Jay Maine. (Yes, i am now sore AF )
Here are the early buy prices for my local pellet house (Smart Energy Solutions in Grant, MI). $204/ ton for somersets isn't too bad. I have until May 31 to decide what I may want to get.
Good prices right there on Somersets. Thats about where I would like to see MWP which is the locally produced good/reliable pellet. We have been conditioned to think 229 is good around here now, the same way we have been conditioned to think that $2 oil and 2.30 gas is good pricing as well.
Papa Bears Stoves early buy pricing for three tons or more. Cash or check only. County has 4 % heating fuel tax also. Papa Bears is located at 96 Cortland St in Marathon NY. Somersets $199 per ton Hamers Hot Ones $209 per ton Spruce Point $209 per ton
Always have to keep in mind, that it's very important to compare prices to what is local to our own area... Transportation costs, or proximity to a mill etc. all have quite a lot to do with deals or no deals... What some 'people' can buy pellets for at location X, a 'dealer' may not be able to buy them for at location Y... electricity in Washington is around 7¢... Here it's around 17¢ Same 120 volts... Agree though... it's nice to dream about those low prices!!! Dan
I'm not 100% positive.... But generally the prices are the same all the time.. The Spruce Pointes we kept at the intro price ($239) the whole season and I think that will continue. Like to have some stuff less than BBS... Platinums are as well($249) If anything changes.. I will post when I know.. As of the other day... I was not aware of any deals from the supplier end.. Like I said... Will post if I hear anything.... Dan
