Got a few here...What else to do with flat sided wood that doesn't get airflow and rain keeps it tough to dry?
These are different sizes but they all work really well! I tried to think about these as firewood but its getting hard to the more I see them. More likely to use a few getting my stacks high off the ground. They'd do that so well I would minimize a lot of bending down awkwardly to stack and remove wood. I'd say a foot wide so that supporting treated 2x4's is what I'm aiming for. We'll see how this turns out. Moving wood again? Eh im ok with it but the house side doesn't get much sun in the cold months so mold is possible.
We call him Spalding. Made him in year 1 when I was cutting and splitting all dozen+ cord of wood by hand.. Might have gotten a little crazy that first year in the this new to us house (think Wilson from the movie Castaway.) Sunday was wood day, no matter the weather, enough to get through the week. Never gonna do that again!
