I haven't owned a hydraulic splitter since Dec 2005 & there's nothing that the saw or the sledgehammer/wedges wont break down with a little effort.... Huge saw is more fun...you can be knee deep in shavings in about a minute or less.Plus they are great fire starter/mulch for the yard/garden....
They deleted the ad sometime Thursday morning,maybe someone picked up the stuff.Looked like a wheelbarrow or two possibly.
Not a c-list add but like the farmer who invited me to cut out a fence row. I thought the invite was odd because I know his boy sells firewood but I went and took a look. Anything of about 5 inches or bigger was already gone,,,Ran into the guy a week or so later and he ask why I wasn't cutting that fencerow, I mentioned it was nothing but brush, the firewood had been cut out of it already. He says no, no, I was just up there and my boy left plenty of firewood in that fence,,Yeah, right!! I told him busting brush is pay work and I'll give him a break and knock it out for 15 dollars an hour,,CASH!! He was indignant,, I don't guess I'll get any more invites from him and that's okay by me,,
