Instead of re-reading 497 pages of the convo, I decided this will make it easier for everyone. I'm gonna decide what to bring based on the responses.

    Who is bringing what?

    What is still needed?

This way we can all see what's been chosen, what hasn't, etc.

There was an entire barn full of food last time. Nobody went hungry....thats for sure :)

Are you also bringing some bowls (for chili) plus plastic tools for eating? If not, please let us know and Judy will get some or may even have some.

bocefus78 thank you for starting this thread. You beat me to it! I had planned on something like this to post before the weekend.

Mostly we'll supply anything that will be needed after everyone has posted what they will bring but we also intend to have:

bacon (My wife is begging for someone to say how much bacon is needed!)
    ham
    bread (white and rye)
    cheese for ham sandwiches
Possibly some bannock to make over the campfire
Does anyone want marshmallows for campfire?
red pop and maybe some rock & rye or something different if we have requests

Is anyone interested in some special meat to grill? Perhaps something like country spare ribs? Something else? But someone else may have mentioned bringing something for this too so we'll be watching as the list grows.

For water we do have maybe a dozen bottles of water bought from the store but if everyone brings a container, we have good well water and we usually keep water in the refrigerator so you can have cold water.

Speaking of water, please, for those staying over, feel free to use the shower. You can bring towels if you wish but we have several so no worries there.

Check with Scotty Overkill and TurboDiesel to perhaps get an idea of how many eggs to bring.

In case anyone is wondering about food. This is from last year's GTG. As far as we can determine, nobody went away hungry.

Do you have a head count? I'd like to whip up a big campfire breakfast for Saturday, if any are interested. I was thinking bacon, eggs, home fried taters and maybe even hotcakes with some good PA maple syrup!

I don't think that is a problem as we've never encountered that one.

The last time I counted it was 45 but not sure I have everyone listed. I think there will be around 17 staying over Friday night. Not certain about who all will be here for Friday morning but we'll probably just have a breakfast compliments of the ornery one.

Do we need to get the taters? How about pancake mix? Are you bringing some syrup?

Another thing for breakfast. If anyone prefers cereal, I usually eat some cheerios or corn chex and we have raspberries and maybe some strawberries for topping. Also have some home made applesauce if you prefer that.

I'll be bringing a big dose of my famous chili and corn bread for Friday night.

Was planning on a couple pans of breakfast casserole for Saturday and Sunday but we can adjust that if Scotty Overkill is planning Saturday breakfast.

2 coffee pots running every morning,
with half and half, sugar and sweetener.

Oh... and I'll bring Mrs TD ;)
