    I should have started this last night, it's on 225 temp setting so I just hang out today/tonight until it's done.

    At first glance of the pool pic I thought what the heck kind of diving board is that. I zoomed in and its just the metal roofing. Guess I'm wearing the dunce cap today. Any way nice butt!! :doh:

    Hate to say it but this might be Sundays meal too (Ive been know to put a butt on to late and we are eating at 9:30PM :emb:) , but you can never have enough BBQ

    Whats the meat temp at?

    Well the probe says this butt is over done, I'm glad I decided to check it. I checked the temp in multiple locations and it's at 174 degrees now.

    174 is close if its rising :). I usually take it off around 190-195.
