...was good. She finally got on board and did it. I went with her at her request since we've been studying for it the last week (650 page syllabus). Good class, next week will be range day. When we got home, she tried every IWB holster, belly band, Fobus holster we had. It. Was. Awesome. At one point, she looked like a video game character. I am happily amused this evening. ......today was a good day. (Ice Cube)
Congratulations to your wife! I'm certified...or certifiable?...but not a card carrier. I've been through the course twice but have never gotten my actual license. I'm being a ninny about it because I sometimes travel to 2A unfriendly states and have read about CCWers being harassed due to it being connected to your driver's license. Also, it's almost Mayberry where I live and there's always the open carry option.
congrats.. I do not have a CCW because in VT you do not need it just do it.. just don't forget and go into Canada or new York that's jail time
Same here in N.H. Don't need a CCP. When i first moved here, it was required, so i got it right away. 4 mos later, not required. Gotta love when the wives pack!
I go to MA all the time and have never been hassled. Yes I've been pulled over there too. Im not a LEO but I think only some can see it for instate and can't see it for out if state. Lifetime license holder for IN.
Yup, reciprocity with neighboring states is a big one for us. Walked in tonight, gave the customary hug-n-kiss......wait,.. what the? AWESOME!! Getting used to her new favorite- cross draw belly band. "Honey, are you glad to see me or is that your SR22? ....that better be a pistol."
Missouri just changed the law in January on CCW. We no longer need any classes or a license to carry a concealed firearm anymore.
I just took a preliminary pistol permit class. There were 44 people in the class, and half were women!
Nice!!! Range class has been delayed a week due to weather, let'cha know how she does after the 11th.
