There was a Polar Plunge in the lake down the street last weekend. They had to cut out 18" of ice to find the water.

 

Oh I use about 1.5 bags a day but looks like that might not last too long. I'm able to carry in still if that is what you were getting at, but just one at a time. The arm is doing better... the chiro says I'm recovering much faster than expected (3rd session was today). Hopefully I can cut down his estimated visits by half. I'm about 45 minutes northeast of Columbus.

Arizona is where the fall race from Louden is going.

When the new owner bought the NH racetrack, a lot of people said this would happen and that was the whole reason he was buying it. Of course he denied it - or at least said it wasn't a plan. Of course we all know he has do what makes sense in the current business climate .

 

Well, they have upped the ante for my area - 12"+ for Friday and more on Saturday. I would be happier if it was supposed to be light and fluffy, but this is supposed to be heavy and wet

Hi all

Been crazy around here that past couple weeks.
Our well pump decided to take a big chit, and it was ugly and spendy.

Last Wed/Thur were pump R&R days with the water back on late Thursday.

Then the fun began with all the flushing of the tanks and water lines.
Next came the issues with the toilet valves not wanting to work right.

The pump chewed itself up and introduced a bunch of white plastic crap into the water stream and this stuff would get caught in the sink faucet screens, but the toilets do not have filters YET.


Water is finally clear again and things are starting to get back to normal.

The 700 foot deep well is a good one, but a PITA to yank the pipe out of to get to the pump.

Still burning stove every day too.

 

There called Cozy Heat , I gave Dexter a few bags early in the year to test , he said they where as hot or hotter than anything he had burnt ... plus the manufacturer is close enough I can buy direct

 

Week end is looking like a real April's Fools day. Should be spring, but mother nature isn't cooperating.

 

You must have some ideas what you want. I've never known you to be undecided about most anything you really want. My question is what are your objectives with a Newer system. The one you have is more than most folks have now! You are not a gamer, you love volumes of movies. You have high speed internet. Just what can a new computer do that you are not doing already???? just curious
