I took the grizzly out and besides for 2 silver maple, I've found 3 more and a big ash. Here's some pics of the silver's and I will add a video. The last picture there is multiple tree blocking the trail.

It doesn't take much imagination to think of the hot stove warming yourself when lookin' at those ,maples and ash. The video could be a Disney ride, reminds me of apple cider and leaf piles to lay down on.
A major section is blocked seen in this video. It connects with another trail, that I don't go down too often for cutting because there is major rock crawling.
I usually buck everything, then get the splitter, set that up, and lastly load the wagon. A lot of these are alittle rough getting into. I need to install a reciever that will allow the splitter to sit back farther. Too many damm boulders.
I will try and start everything as soon as possible. The leaves all falling at a good rate now. After that supposed noreaster rolled through, mostly all rain and some wind.
These fell very recently. What a mess. All leaners. Hopefully next weekend. Alittle sore from yesterday. loads to do. It never really got windy, but it rained for 2 days.
Yes, sorry... in the vid. right before that area is a 3 way intersection. 1 lane to a field and then a road, another straight through the blocked area along the field to a road and the last one that goes through a rock outcropping, runs along the road and meets the trail again. That is the edge of the property, common area. The trail behind the house runs along the cliffs, no trail possible down but sudden death.
It has, started with the white oak reverse fell thread, and the ash we skidded out. Rain on and off 2 days now since, at least after work anyways. Plan is a full day saturday. I will post pics. Thanks for keeping me honest, zap!
It looks like rain for this weekend up here, if it's raining hard I won't be milling but I might grab some downed trees. Milling in the rain will plug the air filter real quick.
I failed to take any pictures of skidding the ash out, due to time restrainsts, and daylight. I know there's no excuse, but it was way cool doing this in darkness. Only having the quads headlights on. some of the boulders made things a bit tricky, but we took it slow.
The milling looks like it won't happen tomorrow, I have some other things that need to be taken care of first then we'll start bucking up some downed cherry which will open up another trail.
