A lot of pine, a little oak and some Ash, my buddies dump truck, all from the city wood dump that tree trimmers take they're unwanted wood to, everything's on the ground/in a tangled mess, but most of the brush is burnt in the burn pile, I've heated my house, my buddy has heated his house and a neighbor has heated his house the post 3 years, not including everyone else that gets a pick up load here and there. 7 miles away!!

AND they load it on to your trailer / truck for you?!
Fantastic for you guys. This just doesn't happen over here. Most tree surgeons will either sell logs or chip. No one seems to just dump something they can make money from.

Sorry no they don't load it, my buddy has a tractor and he brings it down. It's pretty rare to find oak or black walnut at the dump, because they do keep that, but pine? All day everyday there's pine down there, same with most maple, soft woods.

Yes definetly couldn't do it by hand by myself, so glad I went with removable sides when I built my trailer! I had to cut the pieces on the trailer because they were too big to pull off the end and the fenders got in the way of rolling off the side, having removable sides gave me enough room to cut safely

Definitely looks like its made it easier on the trailer being lower too. Most logs aren't often cut that big so its purely preferential! Great loads of Wood!

So what's this load consisted of?and jeeze thats 3.5 ton low loader. Thats some major haul. The outdoor wood burner is something else man. I mean I hear those things are just straight beasts but I hope that wood is seasoned thats going in there. Nice loading zone and all. Pull up, git-er-done style.

Mostly red oak, couple pieces of maple, a piece of box elder a piece of pine and some white oak, a lot of oak. Also got a bonus piece of red cedar! That will likely be sawed up dried and made into a coffee table of some sort. All came from a different wood dump, the guy can't take anything more than 24"through his processer, so he loads it for whoever wants it. This load ran me$70. But I tipped the guy loading an extra$10 and a extra$10 for my buddy who's truck and trailer we used.
