What's up today (bullchiting) thread.

I was hoping to get out this afternoon and do some work even though it's cold out. (7) but the wind is blowing and that chill is nasty. No thanks, I'll find something to do inside.

 

Glad J wasn't connected to the hair tie and barret...

 

While doing an inside work out I did some sweeping and cleaning in the basement. Let's just say there was a little dirt, dust, and dog hair.

 

don't feel bad gas you just described (well maybe not little) every room in da house! nothing against wife I clean it too.. apparently I need to do more cleanup

 

Tonight's dinner at 5:30 PM was a small glass of smoothie (yogurt, 1/2 banana, blueberries, milk). And this is the after workout snack.

 

eeeew! pickled eggs. Not going to like that.

No offense taken Redneck. To each his own. I love a pickled egg on crackers with some salt on them. Whenever my buddies and I would come down out of the woods finishing a hike near Cranberry Lake we would stop at the bar and have a couple beers, a pickled egg or two on crackers, and shoot some pool. Good times.

 

Since we received another two inches of snow last night I'll scrape down the driveway real good with the tractor so when it melts or we get rain it will be down to the gravel.

After I get the above done I'll spend time sharpening and lower the rakers on some chains that need it so once the woods open up I'll be ready.

Will the wife make you sleep on the couch tonight after eating that?

So is the name gasifier just a screen name or more of a MO?

 

That screen name was made because I gasify my wood in a wood gasification boiler. Very efficient. I am a person of the utmost elegance and having the best intentions of couthness around all others at all times. My friends have even had a nickname for me for years. Cary Grant! How is that for ya?

Well it may warm up to 30 this afternoon. I am not going to wait on it today. Plugged the tractor in about 07:45 and will be going out to cut and retrieve some Ash and Pine logs that are down on the ground already from the logging. The clean up begins, while adding to the 2017/18 firewood stock.

 

Well, I hate to admit it but you were right. It is going to be at least 5 days recovering from this cold. Probably 6. Just in time to go back to work. At least the weather wasn't taunting me by being super nice out. It has been raining off and on the whole time.

 

Looks like a job for a hookaroon and maybe the peavy

 

A good time to be off so you can be comfortable while not feeling well. I hope you will be well enough in 2-3 days to get out for a walk. Even if it's a short one. I think you will.
