Currently burning some TSC Currans. The E2 seems to like them and house is nice and warm.
What will not be going in again are the Cheat River Pellets. I bought a bag a few weeks ago from Lowes and the E2 would not restart on them. Not sure why, but she has been firing off just fine this weekend on the Currans.

Burning mix of Eagle Valley and Spruce Pointe in the Harman and NEWP in the Pelpro. Dang the NEWP's burn dirty wont be buying them again even though they give off decent heat and have little to no fines they burn dirty as hell. Wish I could get more Eagle Valleys both stoves seem to love em.

Lol. Yes sir, this is a common conclusion many folks arrive at after burning NEWP/GS.

Lacrete's with rye seeds the past couple days. Trying to get rid of the rye seeds as the mothy bugs are rising from the dead:bug: Almost there:smoke:But the temps are creeping up and the shack is pretty warm:eek:

NEWPS are okay pellets in my book - good heat but high ash, but they want a too much for them. Around here they usually sell for around $275-300 ($300 1 mile away from me). Yeah, strange, I'm like 15 miles from the plant but they are more expensive here than down in MA. Anyway, I can get as good, or even better Pellets (less ash anyway) from BBS and TSC which equals less :emptywallet: out of my pocket. Course I haven't burned any NEWPS since the 2015/2016 heating season, so they could have changed.

One note - I got a couple of "broken" bags of GS for $1 several weeks ago and they burned very well with little ash and good heat. I'm not sure if that is because it was half sawdust going in the hopper, the plant is putting out better pellets, or if the Moon was in the Second House and Aquarius aligned with Mars.

Hey if Inferno can come back from dirt in a bag to being a respectable BB pellet, I guess that they can too
Not that NEWP is any way as bad as the original Inferno........

Price was okay considering NO One had pellets at the time or at least cheap pellets, Ash is not a concern but the dirty burn for some reason just annoy's me. Oh yeah back to what I wanted to say they were $240 not so bad but the TSC GS or MWP burned a heck of a lot cleaner at $229.
Had mental day at work so was not able or did not call the fence company H007 posted about but is first on my list for tomorrow !
