    AMEN!!! If it wasn't because this was my wifes childhood home, I'd almost say the H@LL with it, but "NOW" its just principal to beat them! I'm not one to go down with out a good fight, I may get beat but there gonna know I was in town!!! :headbang::mad:

    I headed over the base here in a minute to "FAX" another round of the paper work off to them "again" so they have it Monday morning. I even put my Dogs rabies shots tag number and certificate in with it, That way they cant say we forgot something! ;) This will be the 6th time!

    Dave, No Joke Wells Fargo, has the worst reputation in last decade Google lawsuits they face.. BUT also realize that in the mortgage crisis of 2008 pot so many compliance issues that a regular small bank gets buried by the legal regulations.. I left industry early 2000s because I did not like the mortgage situations it felt wrong.. that and company was bought by larger company and offered an lucrative severance..

    before putting out lot of cash for lawyers I will still get banking and insurance regulator to call them. that what your taxes pay them to do and policy at our bank was even if customer was wrong 90 % of time if they called state regulator we just gave them what they wanted and ate the cost.. they run statistics on what most people do... if it makes money turn profit until got agencies get involved.. that costs money so file a complaint!

    I am sure a letter from a lawyer would probably help push things forward with them. It is evident they are just trying to wait you out.

    I just faxed the 6th round of the same papers they originally wanted along with a letter from another lawyer who reminded them I'm military and anything else we could think of. They cannot say they need this or that, there is absolutley "Nothing" they can ask for. Maybe I'll supply a pair of my old smelly boot socks in the mail "IF" I ever get an address to send anything to...

    The wife and I currently bank with Bank of America, and I don't like them at all but they were close and everywhere. It won't be long before I'm taking out every dime out of them. They have grown "WAY" to big...
