    I take a multi vitamin as well as glucosomine chondroiten. Maybe add in some echinacia ?

    Now some of you fake Irishmen partook of the sacred meal the boss and I went on our fourth Bay Haven run of the 2017 season I did in a lobster salad bun and some honker chowder, the boss went for the lobster stuffing baked scallops and shrimp.

    Yesterday was bitter sweet G my son was home from Germany for the past 10 days , but he left yesterday morning for his next duty station Fort Hood TX It was a quiet evening here just me my Honey and Maggie , back to business as usual .
