It was 13 this morning so we loaded the liberty up with cherry. Tonight is going to single digits so we'll burn a bag of pellets along with some cherry in the liberty.
were out of the cold snap here - hit ~51 this afternoon that wind for two days was some kind of brutal. It seems even worse after a few weeks of spring temps, but we're headed back into the 70's next week
Current temp 13°F going down 7°F overnight. Loaded the Harman with a bunch of ash and birch. Got another few inches today, with more snow expected Saturday. Sleep good hoarders!
Another cold night we had. Maple and Ash in the boiler. Thermometer only shows 9 degrees this morning at 08:11. But the sun is strong again today! I'll bet the thermometer on the front porch is showing 20 degrees warmer from the sun beating on it.
40 miles of slow driving on ice this morning. Then roads were just fine. On the way back, snow developed and had probably 25 miles of slush. That's all, roads are good again! Glad there was little traffic, it not my abilities I question, its the other drivers!
We had 6 this morning and a cherry fire, it looks like we'll have the same temp tomorrow morning. We'll load it up with cherry tonight.
