What, you guys don't all make French toast when there's more than an inch of snow in the forecast?? Bread, milk, and eggs flying off the shelves.
It's 14 tonight heading down to 10 or 11, I'm just burning down some coals before I load the liberty up with Sugar Maple and some Yellow Birch. We had sent the Kodak camera out to be fixed, they received it today and they fixed it today according to the email we received so we should have it back by the end of the week.
No snow on the ground for the last month, Got a whole 1 1/2" of snow today, hi 24, burned ash. Low 16 tonight a mix of Ash, red oak, n shagbark on deck. Looks like you guys east of here are going to have some fun
wowzers wouldnt that be something! stay safe. We had an event like that about a month ago. 2 feet of snow sandwiched between two system on either end that dropped another foot.
It was supposed to get to the mid singles overnight. It is sitting at -7f now and I'll bet it hits the double digits below before it starts reversing it's direction. We got about 1" last night before lights out, don't know if it continued or not. Everyone out east, be good!
Current temp 13°F headed up to 24°F. Loaded the oakleaf with ash birch and maple. The big storm expected to start around 7:45.
Hiya' smellers! Mid 20's just a dusting of snow. Walnut is getting mixed with other hardwoods for feeding the beast. You guys in the northeast be safe.
Got up to 19f this morning a 15 mph breeze and 3" of new snow with it steadily coming down pretty fine light stuff expecting 16" by the end of tomorrow. Good news is it was 71 inside with some ash, cherry and maple at 500 degrees under the rolling secondaries. Bad news is I'm at work again going out in the white stuff. At least today is the first day we resumed normal schedule since last wednesdays windstorm. Clocked 82mph at the airport and there's a wind farm in our service area that clocked 126mph. Hope that stays away for a loooonnnggg time!!!
