I did hear a chainsaw off in the distance today. Brought a tear of joy to my eye knowing I wasn't alone
Mid-March storm. Starting Tuesday morning. Forecasted to be a 10-15 hr event with 12+ inches of snow. Winds ~25 mph. Water jugs will be filled and wood brought inside. Sounds like a good day to make some soup. Sent from my XT1030 using Tapatalk
All the fools will be jamming the stores today and tomorrow getting milk and bread. I'll go to the store in the height of the storm in 4wd to get beer. Soup does sound good!
no kids this morning, hell, even the dog isnt here. I was gonna head out early and load up the last of a locust scrounge, then swing by another on my way back and top off the truck with some maple from another scrounge......but its 7 degrees, -8 with the windchill. I think I'm gonna stay here on the couch for a while.
Noooo...Not the forest bathing thing again! Let sleeping dogs lie... I can't unsee that... makes me hurt to see so much misguided stupid in one pic.
I was out again this morning splitting the last few rounds of red oak and beech. With yesterday's effort, I now have "twin peaks"?? I won't get around to stacking until after the upcoming blizzard has melted. Once moved and stacked, I'll have room to take another delivery of logs. Sent from my XT1030 using Tapatalk
