Never any tires but we burned all the trash in the Coal, wood burner, papers chicken bones, scrap, all that bull crap.
You may have heard this before but sisters were instructed to never throw hair spray cans in the trash.
Dad and I were stoking the stove with wood, hair spray can blew, 4,5 inch round blew out through the door at high velocity, missed both of us, smacked into the basement wall five six feet away.
My job was burning trash outside at our other house, when I was older,, in a burning Barrel, my favorite thing to do was, put some hair spray cans in there:D:thumbs:

Not much we can do about the climate now, we just have to live with it. The problem is that if the government continues to pay for relief it is going to bankrupt the country; the truth is, there isn't any money now. I think people are just going to have to recover the best they can through community efforts like in the past. Tornadoes can wipe out whole towns; that is expensive since construction costs are so expensive these days; no building a house for 5 grand; inflation isn't pretty but that is what we have been seeing, constant inflation over the decades and wages really haven't been keeping up.

I keep hearing the talk about CO2 but Methane is the real problem now. The permafrost is melting and releasing methane. When the oceans warm up enough all the methane hydrate will start melting and things will really start getting interesting. It is not enough to simply try to stop the planet getting any warmer, we need to cool it back down. Have you heard about the Siberia slump? It is growing larger because the ground is warming, the permafrost melting and methane is released. It is the same for the the arctic, the permafrost is melting and methane is being released. Can't stop this by just trying to stay steady, we would have to reverse things and I don't see how that is possible. I wish we had the mentality of when JFK decided that we needed to get to the moon before the Soviet Union and costs be dammed because that is what we need.

If we had responsible people 20 years ago, we might could have prevented this mess; instead everyone was worried about not increasing their already outlandish profits. Does some a-hole really need 60 billion dollars? Right now, every school in this county, and the next counties, and counties all over the nation will have long lines of cars with parents sitting dropping off children while buses run almost empty. Right now in this county and all the counties around, and all the counties in the nation have high school children driving cars. All over the nation children turn 16 and drive cars when they don't need to. This has been going on for decades. Instead of stupid carbon tax and cap and trade, the government, under national security, needed to stop all the bullchite and really do something. Instead we got stupidity and BS. And now we are in deep doo doo. I don't really care, I will be dead before things get really interesting. However, I know many of you have children and grandchildren and are probably worried and you should be.

    Below is the Siberia slump
